La planificación fue excelente y con puntualidad se presentaron en mi piso de Barcelona para el embalaje de todas mis cosas. Usan un material reforzado y pude trasladar mis cuadros y cristalería sin tener que preocuparme, eso marcó la diferencia.

Por trabajo me tuve que cambiar de residencia y pasé de vivir en Madrid a irme a Cancun. El problema era la mudanza, ya que no disponía de los medios. En Flippers me asesoraron y me explicaron como planificaban las mudanzas internacionales. Con el traslado finalizado, solo tengo buenas palabras para ellos. El embalaje fue meticuloso y se esforzaron por cumplir los horarios. Muy profesionales.

It was my first shipment and I was really concerned about the connections between shipping companies from different countries but as soon as Flippers came in all my concerns went away. Their dedication and constant communication with me and specially the hard work they did with the customs at the arrival port to ensure everything went smooth was remarcable, they never gave up trying to find the best solutions even thinking out of the box, I can't be happier with their service.

Stay away at all cost!
I've moved several times, all over the world, and the experience with Flippers is the absolute worst I've ever experienced. Incredibly unprofessional! They are slow to respond and don't assume responsibility for anything. On the specifics: 1) They wrapped a high-end glass table in thin plastic film (not industrial bubble wrap, not supported with carton, and not in a wooden crate), as a result the table was significantly damaged which they 'brushed off'. For months now I have asked them if they consider the packaging appropriate and of course - no response. 2) Their movers while in my home stole a bottle of whiskey. Flippers have provided no resolution at all and will of course not be responsible for this. Instead of honouring the customer relationship they engage in finger-pointing. Ridiculous.
The recommendation: no one should ever do business with them. Never ever!

We are sorry for what happened but we have to point out that your review is not correct. In your move of 255 items, a small cosmetic damage was caused to one item and the insurance company offered you a compensation for the cosmetic damage or the possibility of repairing the table to the condition it was in at the start of the service. You, seeing that the damage was practically negligible, agreed to the amount offered by the insurer.
Finally, you are stating that our operators drank half a bottle of whisky valued at €40 during their working hours. I would like to point out that the accusation against our team is out of place, especially when more bottles of other liquors were transported. What you are indicating is a possible offence of defamation, so please withdraw this comment or our legal department will decide what action to take.
