Very efficient and good service of the guys working that day. I gave first 5 stars based in this. But a few days later we were turning on out 55 inch TV and it was broken. It is clear that someone pushed too hard on the top of the screen and thereby broke the TV.
The company told us they cover potential damages during the move. But when we contacted them woth the problem, they were very difficult and all the time referred to their insurance company say this and that. The TV was very nice and worked perfectly and cost about €700 for 7-8 years ago, so we was thinking to ask for €200. But they were so difficult so we agreed on €100. They agreed to pay end of month, but they didn't, so we contacted them and they said something about another 19 days, but some invoice had to be made with taxes. But the person in charge then said, 'or I can Bizum you €80 now amd forget about it'. We just said yes since we were so tiered dealing with him.
The guys working that day did a good job overall and I am not mad they broke the TV, as these things can happened. But I really believe the company needs to take the responsibility and not try to explain their way out from the responsibility and not trusting customer. It was very very unprofessional behavior! Weird behavior!
Even when he paid us the €80 he tried to say that 'how can we know it was not a problem from before?'
Due to this, I really recommend to stay away from this company. What if we had broken something more important or newer? Can not trust them!!
Sad that they choose to be so difficult for some few euros and risk that we never will use them again and never recommend them. We probably need this service in a few years, but will not use them.
We paid about €1000 for an apartment since 65 square meters, and they made such a fuss for about €100. DON'T USE THEM!!Leer más

Las mudanzas siempre son un mal trago y quiero que quede constancia de lo bien que han trabajado Mudanzas MM.
Amables, puntuales, no han escatimado en personal y eso ha hecho que la mudanza fuera rapidísima y muy profesional.
Espero tardar unos años en volver a hacer otra mudanza pero SEGURO que les llamaré a ellos.
Un 10 !!!

Lo mejor de lo mejor máxima confianza y buenísimo servicio muy contento con todo el trato muy cercano y delicados con las cosas y muy amables lo aconsejo el traslado fue largo de distancia y ningún problema todo facilidades gracias a ellos
