This company stored my belongings from May 2022 through to March 2023. They had a water leak sometime during this period, because when they brought the boxes to my flat, many were still wet. Three mattresses were rendered useless. I lost books, documents, works of art, computers, cameras and speakers, pieces of furniture. They did not inform me at all about what had happened. They did not inform me about my rights. I went to the public costumer protection agency and they ignored them as well. It was a horrible experience!

Excelente gestión. En un primer momento Andrés vino a casa para hacer una valoración de lo que necesitábamos. Para la mudanza, Adonay, Fran, Victor y Fabio han hecho un trabajo inmejorable, super eficientes y educados. Sin duda les recomiendo y volvería a repetir!

Honestly, an amazing fantastic team. We had artwork shipped ahead of being exported and this team were perfect for the job. Very careful and respectful to the work and the logistics in organising everything through Anna was perfect. Thank you again.
