Una muy mala experiencia, he realizado varias mudanzas internacionales, y esta has ido la peor experiencia, ya desde el embalado, inicial, hasta lo que cubre el seguro. Leanse bien las clausulas sobre todo las del seguro ante posibles danos.

I relocated from Texas to Madrid recently and just had my furniture and other belongings shipped by EMS. I am very happy with the services EMS provided. There were some unpleasant delays caused by Shiping line logistics and I was concerned. Maria and Sonia from EMS worked diligently with the shipping line to resolve them and keep me posted along the way. Despite the delays, I received everything in good shape and the delivery process in Madrid was quick and easy. I worked with other wonderful people from EMS like Rosalia, Pilar on visa application, apartment hunting, TIE application and town hall registration etc. They were very amicable, professional and efficient. Without them, I know I would have struggled miserably due to the language barrier and notorious “paper work”. I also hired EMS to do my Beckham regime application, it was also quick and easy.

Avoid it. This company is not serious.
They didn’t took care of our stuff at all, most of our furniture came broken, the wood damaged because of inadequate storage conditions, lots of paintings damaged as well, pieces of our glassware and dishes broken, etc. The movers took pictures themselves of all this disaster when they did our move in, and EMS said they didn’t know anything of this. We send them the pictures ourselves and they just deny all. We got a ridiculous compensation that didn’t cover any of the disaster they made... would not recommend at all.
We have had more than 5 international moves with different companies and we have never had a single issue. This one is definitely to avoid.

This company is not serious. After several months, our invoice is still not paid. The company is not answering our e-mails. So I strongly recommend not to enter into any agreement with this company.
