We asked for a free quote for a particular day however once they gave us a quote we did not respond as their quote was too high. They ended up turning up on the day without our consent and refused to leave until we gave them money. The people at the house weren’t the ones who booked the removal company and so didn’t think anything of it when a removal company turned up, as they thought this was the one which had been arranged (BECAUSE WHY WOULD A COMPANY THAT HADNT BEEN BOOKED JUST TURN UP)
Only when they asked for the deposit, which we had already paid for with the other company did we realise they were scammers and we asked for them to leave. The woman refused to leave without giving them “compensation” for wasting their time and demanded €100 for them to leave the property. After over 20 minutes of their threats, we gave them the money as they were holding our belongings ransom. We then received a nasty email from [Name removed by Sirelo] saying we were the ones in the wrong when we had never even booked for them.

Our goods were collected at exactly the time quoted. They were delivered to us in eight days not the ten to fourteen quoted which was perfect for us. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We were kept informed at all stages. We could not have asked for better service. And the price was right!!!!!
