Every time I had a question or concern, they were quick to reply, making me feel at ease during the entire process. Their communication was prompt and thorough, ensuring I was updated at every stage of the journey.

I can't reccomend United Air Freight enough. I came to them very last minute to move my dogs from Spain to Dubai and they made the process so easy and removed all stress. The team are so fast to respond to any of my messages, and all my questions were answered with confidence!

La semana pasada utilizamos los servicios de United Air Freight para transportar a nuestros dos perros de Madrid a Los Angeles. El servicio que nos dieron Mario, Paula y el resto del equipo fue espectacular. Los perros llegaron muy bien y para nosotros el proceso fue muy facil gracias a United Air Freight. Los recomiendo mucho.

“Mario did an amazing job helping us get our newly adopted dog over to the uk. He worked super hard on the paperwork which had several complications and helped us to navigate what was needed.
