I can honestly recommend this company, again and again. They have never let me down and I have moved several times.
From the first point of contact, I had nothing but a stress free happy move. All staff were polite, friendly and so helpful. All my items were packed professionally and arrived at my new home in the same condition. Moving is stressful but with this company it's easy.

In this world of post covid aparthy it has been a breath of fresh air dealing with Mathew James. They have communicated well, been extremely helpful in all aspects of the transaction and most importantly delivered our goods to Spain in perfect condition and bang on time. Highly recommended

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We chose their ¨GOLD¨option where they are meant to securely package all our goods, look at the photos and decide yourself. This resulted in damage to my property. Would you want your property transported like this? When I complained about this service, I received this response from Rachael Pepper (one of their directors): ¨Although we have already agreed that some goods may have been packaged better, you have definitely received a Gold service¨. I presume they will respond saying that they offered ¨compensation¨ (GBP 80). Considering the cost of their GOLD option is over GBP 200 more than BRONZE, I take this as typical corporate cynicism.

I have just used the services of Matthew James Removals to bring furniture items & boxes over from the UK to Spain. From the very start to the very end of the procedure, they have been excellent. At every step of the way, I have been kept updated and informed. The shipment was due to a family death (so distressing) but the whole team at MJ did a really wonderful job. I cannot fault them and would highly recommend. Feb 2024
