Worst service possible. Avoid, avoid, avoid
I hired this company to assist me with moving to a new apartment. They were supposed to help me pack my belongings and carry it them to a new apartment. To begin with: (1) they told me that they would come by 9am and were late by about an hour. (2) they didn’t have enough boxes to pack everything. I told them I had 30 boxes when I was moving into place and they brought exactly 30 small boxes, which were half the size of what I originally had. Strange to bring exactly the amount the client tells you not being an expert in packing. Luckily I still had some boxes from the previous move. (3) at some point they told me that their van cannot fit more cargo, and they can’t take more. I paid for 30 m3 and all of my stuff was not more than 10 m3, for sure. So I was overcharged for the service and had to do several taxi rides to finish relocation. (4) when I started unpacking in the new place I was terrified - they cramped my ties in one of the boxes, destroying a few hundred euros of ties completely (see pictures). They put tea boxes and flour upside down, so it all got around in one of the boxes. They put my pijamas together with dirty trekking shoes. They packed my wool carpet as if they were going to throw it away dump. Overall, packing quality was terrible. (5) they forgot lots of things in the closets around the apartment, so I had to pick those up and add them to the stuff they left and bring myself to the new place. (6) they also forgot to give me a few things (including a box with my collection of coins and bank notes from around the world). A guy called me next day and said he would bring it to me next week but he never did. (7) finally, I wrote a few emails to them over 1,5 months and they never responded to me. I received one email saying they tried to reach me by phone and when I asked them to put everything in writing - they disappeared. Overall, extremely poor service and once they are done with you - you want be able to get any response on your queries.Leer más
